Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Petoskey stone items in their original jewelry box to ensure the delicate fossil patterns are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
